Papaw and Terri

Papaw and Terri came down to Orlando to visit us for a few days and we had a blast! They were here the weekend before Will's birthday and 3 weeks after Landon's birthday so we went to the Contemporary Hotel and had brunch at Chef Mickey's to celebrate both the boys birthday's. It was so much fun! I'm not sure if the kids had more fun or the adults. Anywhere on Disney property is so "Magical" for all ages! After we ate, we went to SeaWorld for Will's birthday. We were all pretty wiped out after a day with the sea animals, but that didn't keep Papaw from getting into more adventures. That night he camped out with Will and Landon on the porch. I think of all the things we did that weekend, camping will probably be the most memorable for the boys. Our boys are so blessed to have such amazing grandparents.

Can't come to Orlando without seeing Mickey Mouse!!!!

Since it was Will's birthday, he wanted to sit at the bottom of the Shamu show so he could get wet. This is Will after the show. He didn't get completely soaked, but enough for him to want to sit at the bottom again.

So this is what grandfather's are for.

Papaw and Landon! Everyone asks who Landon looks like. Well here you go...he looks like Papaw.

Mommy's three favorite boys!!
Love this picture of Chad smiling since he never smiles in pictures.

The first day that Papaw and Terri were here, Landon told Papaw that he wanted to go camping. So, papaw told him that they would camp outside on our porch. Landon has never camped in a tent outside before and so his little brain was just rolling with.....well, Papaw do you have a pillow, a sleeping bag, flash light, your tooth brush, marshmellows, and the list went on...... Landon was sooooo... cute. I wished we had recorded him talking about this camping adventure. After they were in the tent, mommy was completely expecting Will and Landon to come inside but within 5 minutes they were all sound asleep, Papaw included. None of them woke up until 10:30am the next morning. We need Papaw to do this more often as it was so nice to sleep in, not to mention the memories that the boys will cherish forever. Thanks Papaw!! Don't forget to bring your tent to the lake and oh yea, marshmellow, sleeping bag, flash light, etc.....

Thank you Papaw and Terri for coming to see us! We miss you already and can't wait to see you this summer!

Track and Field

The University of Central Florida (where daddy works) had a Sports Clinic for kids starting at age 5. Unfortunately Landon was not quite old enough to participate, but Will was so excited to get to play a sport at Daddy's work. The clinic was on a Saturday morning for 3 hours and they offered all sports. Will loves to run, so he chose Track and Field, which daddy and papaw loved. He got tired pretty soon after he started, but overall, he seemed to like it.

Future track star.

Just like his daddy, he has already started on the hurdles.
How cute are those hurdles!

Will's 7th Birthday!!

On April 21st, Will turned 7. It is so hard to believe we have a 7 year old. For almost a year, all Will talked about was a birthday party with his friends. Well, about two weeks before his birthday, he decided that he didn't want a party with his friends anymore, he just wanted to go to SeaWorld. Lucky for us we have passes this year and Papaw and Terri happen to be in town and got to go with us. On Will's actual birthday, mommy and Landon took cupcakes to his class at school, which Will just loved. For dinner Will wanted to make a homemade pizza followed by a Star Wars Cake made especially by mommy.

Will got into Star Wars about a week before his birthday, so that is what he wanted mommy to put on his cake.

So excited about his cake!!!!

Cool.....Star Wars!!!!

Mommy and Daddy got Will a Leap Frog Didj. Will loves it and has learned so much from it.

Happy 7th Birthday Buddy!
